FBI chief Kash Patel warns threats to Americans

The Senate officially confirmed Kash Patel, a close associate of Donald Trump, as the FBI director on Thursday. He vowed to transform the agency into one that Americans can trust and take pride in. After his confirmation, the Indian-origin director firmly warned those who threaten America, declaring that the FBI will track them down relentlessly, no matter where they are in the world.

Patel Vows to Restore Trust and Integrity in the FBI

After his confirmation, Patel expressed deep gratitude and reaffirmed his commitment to reshaping the FBI into an agency that upholds transparency, accountability, and justice. He extended his appreciation to President Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi for their unwavering support, emphasizing his determination to restore public confidence in the bureau and eliminate any political bias within the justice system.

“As the ninth Director of the FBI, I am honored to serve and grateful to President Trump and Attorney General Bondi for their trust. The FBI has a proud history, from the ‘G-Men’ era to safeguarding the nation after 9/11. However, political interference has eroded public trust—that ends today. Under my leadership, the FBI will restore integrity, uphold transparency, and stay true to its mission of protecting Americans and enforcing the law without bias,” Patel wrote on X.
