According to ISRO Chairman S. Somanath on Wednesday, the Indian Space Research Organisation will keep launching its Chandrayaan series of lunar missions until a national astronaut sets foot on the moon.
India became the first nation to accomplish this accomplishment when its Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft performed a soft landing on the lunar surface’s south pole in August of last year.

Chandrayaan 3 Success Paves Way for Indian Moon Landing Goal
“Chandrayaan 3 has performed splendidly. Science has only recently begun to publish the data that has been gathered. The Chandrayaan series will now be continued until an Indian sets foot on the moon. Prior to that, we need to become proficient in a variety of technologies, such as travelling there and back. On the fringes of an event, he told reporters, “That is what we are trying to do in the next mission.”

Gaganyaan Progress
“April 24 is when the airdrop test will take place. If all goes according to plan, the manned trip will take place by the end of the following year after two more unmanned missions, according to the ISRO chairman. ISRO Unveils Carbon-Carbon Nozzle for PSLV, Boosting Payload Capacity
He mentioned that ISRO’s recently created Carbon-Carbon (C-C) nozzle for rocket engines will increase payload capacity despite being lightweight, and the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle, or PSLV, will be equipped with it.
We have spent many years trying to create this technology. We have now created it, mastered it, and tested it in the engine. This nozzle is carbon-carbon. It enables us to function at higher temperatures and provides us with a weight advantage over metal. Weight loss increases engine efficiency and payload capacity. He declared, “We’re going to include it in PSLV.”
