Mbappe notifies PSG of his plan to leave when his contract expires

Sources reveal that Kylian Mbappe, the captain of France, told Paris Saint-Germain about his decision to depart when his contract concludes in June. The Athletic reports that Mbappe communicated his decision to PSG, and although the details of finalizing his departure are still in progress, an official announcement is anticipated once both parties fully agree on the terms in the coming months.

For a while now, rumors have connected the French striker to a lucrative transfer to Spanish giants Real Madrid, with reports stating that he turned down an offer valued at 200 million Euros in 2021.

Mbappe recently scored in PSG’s 2-0 win over Real Sociedad in the first leg of their round of 16 clash in the UEFA Champions League.
