Pakistan responded by getting off to a strong start, but India’s defensive bowling and late wickets helped them rally. India had 18 to get in the final, thanks to Jasprit Bumrah’s scintillating 3/14 in four overs, which included a fantastic 19th over in which he conceded only three runs. Arshdeep Singh, a left-arm seamer, bowled the 20th over for just 11 runs, giving India their second straight nervous victory.
