MotoGP: Morbidelli’s Medical Delay, Sepang Test Status Awaited

Pramac Ducati’s new rider, Franco Morbidelli, faces uncertainty over his participation in the upcoming Sepang MotoGP test. Morbidelli, who recently suffered a Superbike training accident at Portimao, requiring hospital treatment, had successful CT scans.

However, with just two days left before the scheduled test on February 6, Pramac announced a delay in his medical evaluation to determine eligibility. The postponement aims to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Morbidelli’s fitness for the upcoming test days.

The incident at Portimao saw Marc and Alex Marquez provide initial assistance until marshals arrived.
