More light rain has delayed the start of play on the final day of the second and final Test between the West Indies and India at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad on Monday.
Play was schedule to begin at 13:15 local time (17:15 GMT), however the covers have already been replace, hampering the Indians’ quest for the eight wickets needed to secure victory and a 2-0 series sweep.West Indies finished day four with 76 for two, having set an implausible win target of 365.
On the last morning, a steady morning rain washed out play before midday.The West Indies are due to resume their second innings at 76 for two, with a win target of 365.India leads the series 1-0 after a devastating innings and 141-run victory in Dominica in the first Test.
