Congress leader Rahul Gandhi held a public meeting in Nuh, site of last year’s communal violence, declaring a “Congress storm” is coming to Haryana. He promised a government for the poor and farmers and vowed to establish a “shop of love” in every part of the state.

Polling will be held in all 90 constituencies on Thursday, with over 20,000 booths available. Voting is scheduled from 7 am to 6 pm, according to Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal.
