All Cabinet and State Ministers, along with every Chief Minister, have received invitations to the G20 dinner. Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress chief and the leader of the opposition in the Rajya Sabha, will not be attending the G20 gala dinner hosted by the President on Saturday, as confirmed by his office. Mr. Kharge holds the position of a cabinet minister and serves as the leader of the country’s largest opposition party.
Sources said no leader of any other political party has been invited either.
All cabinet and state ministers, and all Chief Ministers, have been invited to the dinner. All Secretaries to the Government of India and other distinguished guests are also on the guest list.
Former Prime Ministers Dr Manmohan Singh and HD Deve Gowda were also invited.
Chief Ministers from Bihar (Nitish Kumar), Jharkhand (Hemant Soren), West Bengal (Mamata Banerjee), Tamil Nadu (MK Stalin), Delhi (Arvind Kejriwal), and Punjab (Bhagwant Mann) have all affirmed their attendance at the gala dinner.
All invited guests have received instructions to arrive at Parliament House tomorrow at 5:45 PM. Special transportation has been coordinated for their transportation to and from Bharat Mandapam due to VVIP movements and traffic restrictions.
The convoys of invited guests will not go till Bharat Mandapam.
Delhi Police has drawn up the itinerary to bring all the Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State, Chief Ministers, Secretaries, and other special guests from their residence to Parliament House.

The G20 gala dinner is set at Bharat Mandapam
The newly upgraded India Trade Promotion Organisation complex at Pragati Maidan in Delhi hosts the gala dinner at Bharat Mandapam with abundant seating. Muktesh Pardeshi mentioned a cultural program during an exclusive NDTV interview.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will welcome the leaders of all countries individually at the venue, where he will also host a working lunch for them on Saturday, officials said.
On Saturday, two sessions are scheduled at Bharat Mandapam; PM Modi arrives at 9 am. The venue will host 40+ delegations with leaders and international organizations headed by their top officials.
Each delegation will have 150 to 200 people on average. Over the weekend, Bharat Mandapam is expected to host around 10,000 attendees. Including security personnel, media representatives, and catering staff, according to Muktesh Pardeshi.
