Supervised by figures like retired justice Pramod Kohli, social activist Manu Gaur, ex-Chief Secretary Shatrughan Singh, and Doon University VC Surekha Dangwal, the 740+ page report is divided into four volumes.

CM Dhami emphasizes that the UCC Bill reflects public dialogue, deliberation, and suggestions.
