Nawazuddin Siddiqui and wife Aaliya

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s laywer claims that Aaliya is “still married to her first husband”

With each passing day, the controversy surrounding Bollywood star Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya grows more and more ominous. Beginning with Aaliya’s allegations that the actor and his family had harassed her at home, stunning accusations have now been levelled against Aaliya by the actor’s attorney. According to him, Aaliya is still wed to Vinay Bhargav, her first husband.

The ongoing disagreement between Nadeem Zafar Zaidi and his wife, Aaliya aka Zainab aka Anjana Kishor Pandey, was discussed at a news conference conducted in Delhi by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The Rashtriya Hindu-Muslim Ekta Manch’s National President, Rihan Khan, accompanied him.

Now, in a new statement to media, India Today quoted the actor’s lawyer saying, “In 2001, Aaliya aka Anjali Kumari, an 8th class fail, married Vinay Bhargav. Then she came to Mumbai and became Anjana Pandey, then Anjana Anand in 2010. Then she became Zainab and converted to Islam. After that she married Nawazuddin and divorced him in 2011 with mutual consent. But when Nawazuddin’s career skyrocketed, she again came into his life as Aaliya. In 2020 she sent him a divorce notice which makes no sense as the two had already separated.”

Additionally, he said that Aaliya lied about her birthdate because it discrepancies between her passport and marksheet. In 2008–2009, Anjana married another guy she loved, Rahul, and the two cohabited in a flat in Mumbai’s Goregaon neighbourhood. They established a gang, which included Archana Pandey, one of Anjana’s sisters, as a result of Anjana’s desire to rise to greatness.

While Vinay Bhargav married Anjana’s sister in Jabalpur, Anjana Pandey was living her dream in Mumbai. Rajkumar Shukla already had Archana Bhargav as his wife, and the two never got divorced. A review of the documents revealed that Vinay Bhargav had also registered Anjana as his wife in the railway department. Together, the three defrauded the railway department and profited from their use of the facilities, he added.

Aaliya’s attorney said last month that Nawazuddin and his relatives “ensured no food or restroom is given to my client.” “My client, Mrs. Aaliya Siddiqui, was ejected from the home by Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family using all legal means at their disposal. They accused her of trespassing and filed an unsupportable criminal complaint. Later, he added, “they threatened to arrest her through the police and were calling her every day to the police station after sundown.
