He said this is one of the biggest drug seizures in Delhi in recent times. NCB has sent it to a laboratory for testing.
These syndicates have expertise in manufacturing and adulteration of heroin at the local level,” Singh said. A senior official said that the kingpin of the syndicate is based in Dubai and the agency is probing the matter further.
The NCB said that India-Afghanistan smuggle goods into India through sea and land-border routes and heroin. is smuggled along with legitimate goods and cargo.
The agency is conducting searches to bust the entire network and the smugglers are link to operatives based in Punjab. Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi.
