Kajol described acting as a high-pressure job requiring full focus, discipline, and constant alertness. Comparing it to corporate work, she said actors can’t take breaks and are always under scrutiny, making the profession mentally and physically demanding. Kajol called acting more demanding than 9 to 5 jobs, saying actors get no breaks and face constant scrutiny.
