Mohan Bhagwat said the concerns of Gen Z deserve serious attention and should not be ignored. Speaking at the India International Movement to Unite Nations (I.I.M.U.N.) 15th Anniversary Championship Conference in Mumbai, the RSS chief said young people protest because they face real problems. He disagreed with calling every protesting youth anti-national. Instead, he urged society and the government to understand their concerns through open dialogue.
Mohan Bhagwat said every generation has its own challenges. He noted that Gen Z has grown up in a fast-changing world. As a result, young people expect better opportunities and greater participation in decision-making. He added that leaders should listen carefully instead of dismissing their voices. According to him, respectful discussion can build trust and reduce social tensions.

The RSS chief also spoke about the legal status of same-sex couples. Mohan Bhagwat said India should consider a law that allows same-sex couples to live together with legal protection.
