Isabelle Lassee from Amnesty stated that Pakistani authorities neglect civilian protection during such military operations.She highlighted a recent drone strike killing a child, marking another failure in military precision.The organization called for accountability and immediate policy changes to prevent future civilian casualties.Repeated incidents like this erode public trust and worsen instability in conflict-affected tribal areas.Between January and August, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa witnessed 605 terror incidents, police sources officially reported.At least 138 civilians and 79 security personnel have died in those reported incidents this year.

After Operation Sindoor targeted terror camps, militants regrouped and shifted deeper into border regions.Groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Hizbul Mujahideen are now operating near old war-time mountain hideouts.Analysts warn that careless bombing will only fuel resentment and strengthen extremist recruitment in villages.
