Advisory Amidst Escalating Conflict
On Saturday morning, Israel announced a ‘state of war’ in response to a major assault by Hamas, during which approximately 5,000 rockets were fired from Gaza. This attack by Hamas is one of the most significant incidents involving Israel in recent years. Additionally, several armed militants affiliated with the group crossed the border into Israel.
As the situation escalated, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a video statement, asserting “We are at war, and we will win.”
“Our enemy will pay a price the type of which it has never known,” Netanyahu said in a video statement.
The Israeli military initiated ‘Operation Iron Swords’ against Hamas militants. The Air Force launched an offensive with numerous fighter jets aimed at the Palestinian militant group Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
An intense fighting is underway between the Israeli army and the Hamas militants.
