An accident in Afghanistan’s Kandahar province resulted in three fatalities and 13 injuries. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on the Spin Boldak – Kandahar route, according to Molavi Mullah Mohammad Haqmal, the district’s press officer, who verified it to TOLO News.

Since speeding and irresponsible driving continue to be the leading causes of accidents in Afghanistan, the accident’s cause is yet unknown.
Additionally, the frequency of traffic accidents and traffic-related fatalities in Afghanistan has considerably increased due to poorly built roads, road erosion, and violations of traffic laws.
