On Wednesday, about 50 individuals were transported to the hospital after becoming ill in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. People complained of sickness and diarrhea after ingesting Bhagar during their fast, according to news agency ANI. Bhagar is a type of millet that people in the state eat during their fast.
The administration became aware of the situation and launched an investigation.
“The patients say they ate Bhagar during their fast today.” They cited a brand name, and we’re looking into it to find out where it came from. Traders have been warned not to sell it for the time being. Food Inspector Praveen Chaudhary stated, “Samples will be tested and destroyed.”
