El Azab, who has always been fascinated by the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of India, described her experience as transformative and beyond her expectations.
The Mahakumbh Mela, one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, attracts millions of devotees from various parts of the globe to take a holy dip in the sacred confluence of rivers — Ganga, Yamuna, and Sarasvati. It is a time of immense spiritual significance, where devotees believe that bathing in the waters during the event cleanses them of their sins and brings salvation.
