Regular actors sustain industry: Ektaa Kapoor

Ektaa Kapoor further argued that relying only on a few big films with top directors cannot sustain the entire film ecosystem. Instead, she stressed that the industry needs actors who work regularly across multiple projects. From technicians to supporting artists and production teams, regular film projects ensure continuous employment. Ektaa credited actors like Akshay for enabling this ecosystem, noting that their commitment goes beyond personal success and supports the livelihoods of many working behind the scenes.

Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla marks his reunion with Akshay Kumar after several successful collaborations such as Hera Pheri, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and Garam Masala.
