Anup Soni Says Crime Patrol Defined His Career

Anup Soni said Crime Patrol became one of the most recognised projects of his career. He recalled that audiences earlier knew him for his role in Balika Vadhu. However, the popularity of Crime Patrol eventually made the show his strongest professional identity. Soni believes people will remember him for the series until he delivers something bigger. He also accepted that popular projects can become an important part of an actor’s journey.

Soni also shared advice that veteran actor Anil Kapoor once gave him. According to Soni, actors should not avoid a project simply because it becomes their most popular work. Instead, they should accept the love and recognition that audiences give them. He followed a similar approach with Crime Patrol and embraced its success. The actor said popularity can help create a lasting connection between an artist and viewers.
