The Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSE) has begun preparations to announce the Class 10 Secondary Examination Result 2026 by March 20. RBSE Secretary Gajendra Singh Rathore shared this information while addressing a press conference. He explained the arrangements made for conducting the examinations, the number of students who appeared, and the steps taken to ensure that the entire process remained smooth and transparent across the state.
The board successfully conducted the RBSE Class 10 examinations for 2026 between February 12 and February 28 at centres across Rajasthan. According to official data, a total of 10,68,078 students registered for the Secondary examination this year. In addition, 9,09,087 students enrolled for the Higher Secondary examinations. The board also reported that 7,811 candidates registered for the Praveshika examination and another 4,122 students applied for the Senior Upadhyay examination.
Authorities organised the examinations at 6,195 centres spread across different districts of the state. The education department and the board worked together to create detailed administrative and technical arrangements to ensure that the examinations took place smoothly and without disruption. Officials closely monitored examination centres and coordinated their efforts to maintain discipline and fairness during the entire examination period.

RBSE Strengthens Exam Monitoring Across Rajasthan
To strengthen supervision, RBSE deployed joint flying squads and inspection teams across Rajasthan. Around 150 joint directors and district education officers led these teams and regularly inspected examination centres. The board also established a centralised examination control room at its headquarters in Ajmer, which operated round the clock, even on holidays, throughout the examination schedule. Officials used large display screens and about 30 laptops in the control room to monitor CCTV feeds and receive updates from centres across the state.
The board further enhanced monitoring by installing 274 CCTV cameras at 167 examination centres. Authorities also set up a separate control room equipped with five dedicated telephone lines to ensure quick communication and immediate response to any issues. Whenever officials received complaints or irregularity reports, they quickly dispatched flying squads to the concerned centres to investigate and resolve the matter.
After completing the examinations, RBSE arranged the systematic collection and secure storage of answer sheets. The board set up 66 collection centres across the state to gather answer scripts safely before evaluation. Currently, about 30,915 teachers are evaluating the answer sheets at centralised evaluation centres established by the board. RBSE aims to finish the evaluation process soon and declare the Class 10 results by March 20. Meanwhile, the board is also considering a proposal to conduct secondary examinations twice a year from 2027, tentatively in February and May, subject to approval from the state government.
