The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the Class 10 Artificial Intelligence board examination on February 27, 2026, across multiple centres. Students shared positive reactions after completing the paper and described it as easy and logical. Many said the questions were clearly framed and closely aligned with their preparation. Teachers also observed that the paper followed the competency-based assessment pattern set by CBSE.
Educators stated that the overall difficulty level of the examination ranged from moderate to easy. The paper tested students’ understanding of core AI concepts while encouraging application-based learning. Instead of focusing on rote memorisation, the board designed questions to assess reasoning and analytical skills. This approach ensured that well-prepared students could attempt the paper confidently.
Palak Arora from Manav Rachna International School praised the balanced structure of the question paper. She said the exam effectively covered AI fundamentals, the AI Project Cycle, and ethical considerations. According to her, the board maintained proper syllabus coverage without including out-of-syllabus questions. She added that the paper promoted conceptual clarity and real-world problem-solving skills.

Positive Class 10 Student Feedback
Students expressed satisfaction with both the objective and subjective sections of the exam. Many found the MCQs logic-based and straightforward, although a few required careful thinking. Several students mentioned that the case-based questions were interesting and manageable. Most candidates completed the paper within the allotted time and felt confident about scoring high marks.
Ashima Malhotra from Satya School noted that the MCQs required concept application rather than memorised answers. She explained that students with a clear understanding of topics performed well in the exam. She also highlighted that the subjective questions were direct and offered good scoring opportunities. Overall, she described the paper as fair and student-friendly.
Deepika Aggarwal of Silverline Prestige School pointed out that several questions resembled those from official sample papers and the CBSE handbook. She stated that the exam mainly focused on practical knowledge and basic concepts. Educators appreciated the clarity and structure of the paper. Overall, the Class 10 AI Board Exam 2026 reinforced CBSE’s emphasis on skill-based learning and real-world application.
