An official CBSE notification states, “The board had instructed all affiliated schools to create their own websites and upload teacher qualifications along with the required information and documents as part of Mandatory Public Disclosure, following the format outlined in the mentioned circular. The Board has once again directed schools to comply with these requirements within one month, failing which necessary action will be taken against the non-compliant schools as per Chapter 12 of the CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, 2018.”

“Therefore the Board is giving one final opportunity to all affiliated schools who have not yet complied with the instructions within 30 days of the issue of this circular, failing which the Board would be constraint to initiate necessary-proceedings and imposing penalty against the erring schools as per Chapter 12 in accordance with Chapter 13 of Affiliation Bye-Laws, without any further reminder,” added the notification.

CBSE has instructed schools that claim to have complied with the directions to review their websites and verify the uploaded information and documents.
