US President Donald Trump has condemned the horrific murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah, who was brutally beheaded in Dallas, Texas. The accused, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, is an undocumented immigrant from Cuba with a violent criminal past. Trump called the killing barbaric and said it could have been avoided with stricter immigration enforcement. He directly blamed the Biden administration for allowing dangerous offenders to remain in the country. Trump further promised that his government would act tough on illegal immigrant criminals and restore safety across America.

Trump Slams Biden for Releasing Violent Offender Into Community
Trump pointed out that Cobos-Martinez had previously faced arrests for serious crimes including child sex abuse, grand theft auto, and false imprisonment. Despite his criminal history, authorities released him into the community because Cuba refused to take him back. Trump accused President Biden of incompetence and recklessness in dealing with immigration enforcement. He vowed to prosecute the accused to the fullest extent of the law with first-degree murder charges. Trump declared that under his administration, the United States would no longer remain soft on violent illegal aliens.
Grisly Attack Captured on CCTV at Dallas Motel
The shocking attack took place on September 10 at the Downtown Suites motel on Samuell Boulevard in Dallas. CCTV footage showed Martinez chasing Nagamallaiah with a machete and repeatedly striking him in front of his wife and teenage son. The disturbing video captured the accused brutally decapitating the victim and then discarding the severed head in a dumpster. The graphic visuals sparked outrage across social media and renewed calls for stronger border security. Police arrested Martinez shortly after the incident and charged him with capital murder for the gruesome crime.
Homeland Security Starts Removal Process Against Cuban Immigrant
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) later announced that deportation proceedings had been initiated against Martinez despite pending criminal charges. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that steps to remove him from the country were already underway. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin blamed the Biden administration for allowing dangerous undocumented immigrants to live freely in America. She stressed that the killing was entirely preventable if proper action had been taken earlier. Officials also highlighted the need for stronger immigration policies to prevent such tragedies in the future.
