RPF constable dismissed for shooting four on Jaipur-Mumbai train

The Indian Express has learned that RPF Constable Chaudhary, who is in judicial custody after being arrest for allegedly shooting dead RPF ASI Tikaram Meena and passengers Abdul Kadar Mohamed Hussain Bhanpurawala, Syed Saifuddin, and Asgar Abbas Sheikh, has a history of involvement in at least three incidents, including a “hate case” involving alleged harassment of a Muslim man at an RPF post.  The motive behind the chilling crime is still not clear.

In other news, NCP chief Sharad Pawar said the BJP and its allies divide people when they have power, but their true role is to keep society united. “There are numerous examples of how they (the BJP) have deposed state governments, such as in Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra.” “Everyone has seen what happened in Maharashtra after the Uddhav Thackeray-led government was depose,” the veteran politician added.

Meanwhile, in a dig at Pawar, Maharashtra BJP president Chandrashekar Bawankule said, “Pawar Saheb has always done politics and shown concern for three and a half districts in Maharashtra.” Unfortunately, Pawar is criticizing Modi, who has won the public mandate across the country. Instead of counting the number of states where the BJP is in power or not, Pawar should be concerned about his own organisation, which has failed to maintain national status,” Bawankule said.
