Sukhdool Singh, aka Sukha Duneke, lost his life in a recent bout of gang-related violence that occurred in Canada last night. Jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi today claimed responsibility for the killing of Khalistani terrorist Sukhdool Singh in Canada. Sukhdool, also known as Sukha Duneke, was killed last night in Canada in inter-gang violence. Duneke was part of the Khalistan movement in Canada.
Duneke, originally a “Category A” gangster hailing from Moga, Punjab, escaped to Canada using a forged passport in 2017. He had strong ties to the gangster and Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Dalla. Yesterday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) released a list that included Duneke among 43 gangsters with ties to both Khalistan and Canada.
In a Facebook post, Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang asserted that
In a Facebook post, Bishnoi’s gang asserted that Duneke had significant involvement in the killings of gangsters Gurlal Brar and Vicky Middukhera. The gang characterized Duneke as a ‘drug addict’ who faced ‘retribution for his transgressions’ and cautioned that their adversaries would find it challenging to survive either in India or elsewhere.
The NIA is investigating drug smuggling charges against Bishnoi, who is presently in Ahmedabad’s custody. Bishnoi is also an accused in the murder case of singer Sidhu Moosewala.
Duneke’s assassination occurs amid increased diplomatic strain between India and Canada. Recently, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau informed the House of Commons that his government possessed “credible accusations” linking Indian government operatives to the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada in June.
“On June 18, someone shot and killed 45-year-old Indian terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, the leader of the banned Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF), outside a gurdwara in Surrey, British Columbia.” He was one of India’s most wanted terrorists, with a bounty of ₹ 10 lakh on his head.
“As tensions between India and Canada continue to simmer, Punjab Police initiated a statewide crackdown today on associates of gangster Goldy Brar, another key suspect in the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala.”Authorities believe Brar, with close ties to the Khalistani separatist movement, is in hiding in Canada.”
