The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday carried out searches at three locations in Punjab’s SAS Nagar and Chandigarh. Officials said the Raid targeted close associates of the officer on special duty (OSD) to Bhagwant Mann. The agency conducted the operation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. However, ED has not yet issued an official statement regarding the individuals under investigation.
During the raid at Western Towers residential society in Kharar, ED officials recovered nearly ₹20 lakh in cash.
