A woman staff member was hit and run over by an unidentified car at the Kashi toll plaza on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway in the Paratapur area.
A video of the incident shows the driver engaged in a conversation with a female toll worker for a period before abruptly accelerating the car to escape the location.
As the driver attempted to flee, the female toll worker fell onto the car’s bonnet and subsequently slid off as the vehicle departed the scene.

Toll Plaza Incident Under Investigation
“A car coming from Delhi misbehaved with our staff. Upon asking for the toll, the car drove over the staff member, injuring her severely. This is a serious incident and the administration should take proper action so that such incidents do not happen again.” Anil Sharma, the manager of Kashi Toll Plaza, told ANI.
Police has received a complaint and are currently examining the CCTV footage captured at the toll booth to ascertain the identity of the accused individual.
