NewsCorp’s hacking scandal from the early 2010s, which affected the royal family and several celebrities, resurfaced this year. Reports indicate that Will Lewis tried to downplay the scandal after a new UK ruling in a lawsuit filed by Prince Harry. Meanwhile, OpenAI and NewsCorp announced a deal that allows OpenAI to use content from NewsCorp’s properties, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Post, and the Times of London.
