CREDAI Gujarat, in association with its Ahmedabad chapter, is set to host the 21st NATCON — an annual event of CREDAI-India — in Egypt. The convention is likely to see the participation of over 1,300
developers from across India, along with the union ministers and business tycoons from both the countries.
The state realty association has booked six chartered flights – of 187 to 250 seaters – to airlift the developers from India to Rixos Premium Resort in Sharm El Sheikh – known as the ‘City of Peace’.
Along with the study tour of the marvellous city that depicts one of the world’s best architecture, CREDAI has also organized an Indo-Egypt business meet which will see the presence of two union ministers and the top-notch Egypt ministers along with business tycoons from both the countries.
The developers are anticipating investment and collaboration in different sectors like realty, petrochemicals, banking and technology industry.
CREDAI Ahmedabad president Tejas Joshi said, “We have just opened the registration for the four-day convention which will begin from October 5. Thus far, we have received more than 300 registrations from across India.”
“Of the 1,300 expected registrations, around 200 would be from Ahmedabad and 500 from Gujarat. Along with the brainstorming sessions on Indian policy issues, we expect investment from Egypt in sectors like energy and real estate,” he added.“
There is a possibility of signing contracts or MoUs between the countries to harbour lucrative business interests,” said a CREDAI source.
