Sushmita Sen reacts to Harnaaz Sandhu’s tribute to her at Miss Universe 2022

Sushmita Sen is very amazing. We adore her in every way, whether it be through her aerial exercise videos or her work updates. Do we not? Oh, and the actress is returning with a live Instagram session right now. As usual, the former Miss Universe has graciously responded to every query. When a fan asked the actress to comment on Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu’s sartorial tribute, it was one of the session’s most memorable moments. During those who don’t know, Harnaaz chose a gown with images of Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta, who won the title in 1994 and 2000, respectively, for her “finale walk as reigning Miss Universe.” At the Miss Universe 2022 competition’s grand finale in New York City, Harnaaz crowned her successor, American R’Bonney Gabriel.

At Miss Universe 2022 last week, Harnaaz Sandhu paid her respect to Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta by wearing a gorgeous black gown that was decorated with the images of Lara and Sushmita’s face. The 21-year-old also received a lot of appreciation for this gesture.

Sushmita Sen took to Instagram on Thursday evening from the set of her upcoming web series ‘Arya’ to have a candid conversation with her fans. While munching on grapes, she showed fans glimpses of the sets from her vanity van. When a user asked what she thought about Harnaaz Sandhu honouring her with a beautiful gown at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant, she replied, “Waiting to give her a hug when I meet her.” “Harnaaz, if you’re watching this, the tightest hug awaits you,” she said directly to Harnaaz.

Sushmita Sen was in news last year in July when Lalit Modi made his relationship official with her with by dropping a post on Instagram. He also called her his ‘better half.’ He also changed his Instagram profile photo which was with the ‘Main Hoon Naa’ actress and wrote a line about her in his bio. A few months later, he removed the profile picture and bio, sparking breakup rumours. Sushmita has however never confirmed or denied the relationship or alleged breakup.
