Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four high-end apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹16.17 crore as she continues to balance her life between India and Los Angeles. IndexTap accessed documents revealing that the properties, including a jodi unit, are in Oberoi Sky Gardens in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala Complex. Three of the apartments are located on the 18th floor, while one is on the 19th floor. The sale also includes one parking space. Details of the Sold Apartments in Mumbai and Stamp Duty Paid

The second unit, measuring 885 sq ft, was sold for ₹2.85 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹14.25 lakh, also including one parking space. The third apartment on the 19th floor, covering 1,100 sq ft, fetched ₹3.52 crore, with ₹21.12 lakh paid in stamp duty. The fourth and largest property, a jodi flat spanning 1,985 sq ft across the 18th and 19th floors, sold for ₹6.35 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹31.75 lakh. This unit includes two parking spaces. The sale documents were registered on March 3, 2025.

Priyanka Chopra’s Pune Bungalow Lease

In 2024, Priyanka Chopra’s family leased a bungalow in Pune’s Koregaon Park to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited for ₹2 lakh per month. Her brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra signed the agreement, with the company paying a ₹6 lakh security deposit and ₹2.06 lakh monthly rent. Previously, in 2023, Priyanka Chopra sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, for ₹6 crore.The owner sold the smaller penthouse, spanning 860 sq ft, for ₹2.25 crore and the larger 1,432 sq ft unit for ₹3.75 crore.

Priyanka Chopra’s Office Lease in Oshiwara

In June 2021, she leased a second-floor office space in Oshiwara, Andheri West, covering 2,040 sq ft, for ₹2.11 lakh per month. Additionally, in March 2021, she sold two residential units in Raj Classic, Versova, Andheri West, for ₹7 crore. Priyanka Chopra moved to Los Angeles in 2018 after marrying American singer Nick Jonas. She currently resides there with her husband and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
