Adar Poonawalla has outpaced Reliance and Saregama in the race to acquire a significant stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. According to a statement from the Bollywood production house, Poonawalla’s Serene Entertainment has purchased a 50% stake in Dharma for ₹1000 crore, with Karan Johar maintaining the remaining 50% ownership.
