Case Filed Against Sandhya Theatre Following the Death of Allu Arjun Fan at Pushpa 2 Premiere.

A case has been filed against Sandhya Theatre for negligence following the tragic death of a woman during the Pushpa 2 premiere on Wednesday night. The theatre was crowded with fans, and Allu Arjun made a surprise appearance at the event. However, the excitement quickly turned into chaos when a stampede broke out outside the venue upon his arrival.

Tragic Stampede Claims Life as Fans Rush to See Allu Arjun

Fans surged forward in an effort to catch a glimpse of the superstar, leading to a tragic incident where a woman lost her life, and her son was critically injured. While Allu Arjun has yet to issue a statement, the investigating police officer disclosed that the team was unprepared for a stampede, as they were only informed about the Telugu actor’s arrival two hours prior to his appearance.

In an interview with The Hindu, the police officer stated, “We were informed of their arrival only two hours in advance, leaving no time to organize security arrangements. A large crowd had gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor as he left the theatre, which resulted in the stampede.”

The victim has been identified as Revathi, a resident of Dilsukhnagar. She had attended the movie screening with her husband, Bhaskar, their son, and their younger child. The tragic incident took place around 10:30 PM as the family was exiting the theatre.

Police officers and bystanders promptly performed CPR on Revathi and her son before they were rushed to a nearby hospital. The boy, who is still in critical condition, was later moved to a super-speciality hospital. Tragically, Revathi did not survive her injuries, and her body has been sent to Gandhi Hospital for a postmortem.

A video surfaced showing Allu Arjun greeting fans through the sunroof of his vehicle. He was accompanied by his wife, Sneha Reddy, and Pushpa 2 co-star Rashmika Mandanna as he entered the theatre. Music composer Devi Sri Prasad was also seen with them.
