Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai have faced divorce rumors for weeks, but the couple hasn’t commented on the speculation. In the meantime, fans are revisiting their past interactions. A newly surfaced video shows Abhishek praising Aishwarya for her understanding, with Nimrat Kaur listening intently. This conversation took place while they were promoting their film, Dasvi.
Abhishek’s Praise for Aishwarya
In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Abhishek praised Aishwarya as a fantastic support system. He said, “My wife is exceptional in that regard. She’s always provided amazing emotional support. I feel very lucky, as does my entire family. Having a life partner like Aishwarya, who understands the industry, is wonderful. She’s been in it longer than I have and knows the challenges. So, after a tough day, it’s comforting to come home to someone who truly gets it,” while Nimrat nodded in agreement.

He added, “I’ve always noticed how Aishwarya has navigated some of the toughest moments in her life with incredible dignity and grace, which I truly admire. As actors, we’re often very emotional and sensitive, and there are times we might want to lash out or explode. But I’ve never seen her do that,” while Nimrat and the interviewer smiled in response.
Abhishek expressed that he feels “very, very lucky” to have Aishwarya as his partner. You can check out a snippet of his remarks below:
Abhishek and Aishwarya have been married for 17 years and have a daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. Their divorce rumors started earlier this year when Aishwarya opted not to attend the Ambani wedding with the Bachchan family, instead making a solo appearance with Aaradhya. Abhishek further fueled the speculation by liking a post about divorce, and the couple has been seen apart recently.
